Spent 6 nights at the crown plaza, this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Rooms were ok but the beds were terrible and uncomfortable. Also there were food stains and rips on the bedding. Food was good and plenty to eat for everyone. Service was very slow and often found myself wait just to get a simple cup of coffee. My biggest complaint was the room cards. Every time I stepped out and then came back my card stopped working. Every day at least 3 times I had to go to reception to get my key card reset. It was painful and extremely annoying. I was meant to come back to this hotel after I came back from Goa but this put me off and I decided to book at the Conrad instead. I was very disappointed with my stay at the Crown Plaza this time around.

A good stay. Staff were very polite and attentive. The hotel is located near a metro station. Easy access to the city. Good breakfast spread. A quiet hotel.

The room was terrible. Stuffy and smelt of mold, the staff pleaded with me to stay one night, i was ready to not check in. Being late night i decided to stay the night only to wake up to severe breathing trouble and allergies because of mold. Promptly checked out first thing at 6 AM. The hotel to chose to charge me an arm and a leg for the one night stay for which they pleaded me to stay. Good part was that the staff understood the smelly interiors.
