Very nice hotel. Remeve the carpeting in the rooms please. Shower was either very cold or very hot. Did not recognize our VIP Status. Food was plenty very nice salad bar excellent but for some reason food flavor was not there. But the hotel is great. I will go back there be very choosy about food selection. Salad bar was excellent. Breakfast was great. Köfte only meat I loved other than tas kebap

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom bungalows, and we can’t fault it. You have a large lounge with two sofas, the twin bedroom, and main double bedroom. It was immaculate, nice and quiet and we slept like we were at home! There’s even a fridge in the room that is kept restocked daily. The staff at the hotel are amazing, very attentive and always helpful and on hand. The food was great at all times, loads of variety, and the themed Turkish night was a real highlight with some amazing main and dessert options, and the decorated everywhere with the Turkey flag!! Options at the bar were also really good, we saw lots of people getting cocktails made, trays of shots, good soft drink options and the wine was probably the best local wine I’ve had at an all inclusive.

The bungalow was not a bungalow and the beach was not a beach. The sea was goog for swimming. Only choose the bungalows if you want to hear your neighbours coughing and snoring at night, and if you want to breathe their cigarette smoke on the balcony. Food was average, vegetables totally overcooked and the salad items had little flavour. People smoked everywhere outside.

Room was very good most staf where ok meal times we had to find our own cutlery n sometime had had to clean our own table food wasn’t as good as other hotels we have stayed in know it’s the last week of the season but this shouldn’t reflect the service the hotel should supply safe to say don’t think we will be recommending or returning

We booked a bungalow and were very pleased with our choice, they are situated a short walk from the main building and we found it to be very quiet and cosy, well stocked with water, tea and coffee and cleaned every day.

Overall it was a nice stay. A very big hotel it’s a lot of walking to get around. Cuttlery needs to be ina. Central area where the plates are. Alcohol felt a bit watered down but other than that, I was happy with everything. Thank you again

It was a very strange set up restaurants with only 25 covers in a hotel that catered for hundreds of people almost like they were pretending to be something they weren’t don’t get me wrong the restaurant was lovely, the rooms were tired not horrendous just very strange..1 barman for no apparent reason…. Sea views were fabulous…

We had a great time overall. Location is fantastic, our bungalow was spacious and comfortable for a family of four with teenage kids. Food and drinks were good enough quality and plenty of it. Even wine was decent for simple, table wine. Pool was nice and very clean - it's a shame it's not heated as the water was very cold in October, so couldn't use it much. The only slight complaint is about the cleanliness of the room and it's condition. Room looked tired and would benefit from a refurbishment. The wine stain on the desk and the layer of dust, sitting on the bin's lid, were not cleaned for the entire stay. Cleaning is limited to making up beds and a quick refresh of the toilets.

Booked hotel after my first hotel in icmeler was a disaster, this place and the staff was amazing! Beautiful grounds top entertainment and the entertainment team made me feel welcome and appreciated.
