Excellent choice! charming, pension-like, with great breakfast. very quiet, mostly older clientele, being very considerate of others. Bus 4 or 5 from just outside takes you directly to the center in just three stops, but easy to walk too!

This is a good hotel for Hamburg. Walking distance to the train and U-bahn. Price wasn't bad given how expensive Hamburg is.

The “hotel” occupies half a floor (4th) of a building that is home to other 5 “hotels” each one using algo half a floor.
Arrived at 2200 to find a locked door, eventually a night doorman that serves all the “hotels” was found.
Rooms are very small and bathrooms ridiculously tiny.
Never again!

This place had nice people, a lovely breakfast, fairly large rooms, no AC, and is situated in a classic old building that now has different hotels on different floors. An interesting setup that I wonder how it came to be, but it was a pleasant stay and is on the UH campus and is quite walkable to the CCH conference center.

The hotel is old, but location was great room was nice, clan, comfortable and big.
