Bene
Værelset var slidt og manglede rengøring- der lå ting på gulvtæppet som afslørede at der absolut ikke var blevet støvsuget. Hotellet er et typisk lufthavnshotel, men til 1700,- for en overnatning for 2 personer havde jeg bestemt forventet mere af hotellet og særligt ift standen.

Fantastico
The hotel is a short walk from the airport, making it very convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel room was clean and quiet. The only negative is the current construction project to update the hotel. Getting to the hotel took a little longer than in the past.

It's a little disappointing when you've been traveling a long time and you arrive at hotel three staff are just stood there chatting amongst themselves where there are a dozen customers wanting to check in and they are told they have to do the auto check-in or self check-in if the Q started to grow and grow as it did you should get some of the staff stepping and say hey let me check you in and the process would have been a lot quicker and we could have all got to our rooms in a timely manner

Indtjekning var under al kritik - jeg havde forventet at der var en medarbejder i reception som indtjekkede mig. Det var der ikke - det var til gengæld selvbetjening, men der var ingen hjælp eller vejledning til hvordan jeg skulle tjekke. Det er ikke i orden. Når man vælger en selvbetjeningsløsning på den måde, ville det have været rart med en bruger vejledning på stedet samt information om det inden opholdet. Jeg havde også forventet mere af restauranten - det var ok men heller ikke mere end det.

Hôtel bien situé, propre, chambres bien insonorisées, petit déjeuner excellent avec une grande variété de nourriture (dont d’excellentes pâtisseries danoises). Par contre, l’hôtel ne nous avait pas informés qu’il était en pleine rénovation. Le Check-in a été compliqué car on ne savait pas comment faire pour accéder à la bâtisse et le stationnement était à l’autre bout de l’aéroport. Heureusement qu’il y avait une navette pour s’y rendre.

Everything was good as it should be, but the room was very very small, the tv on the wall is in a dangerous position. My wife bend down and when she raised back up her face hit the tv with sharp edges.
