The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We arrived before check-in, and our bags were stored for us as we were headed to lunch and to Pompeii. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well which was wonderful as the temperature was in the 90's! The breakfast served was wonderful with both Italian and typical American choices--hard-boiled eggs, toast/breads, cereal, milk, several juices, meats and cheeses, fruit, sweet rolls, coffee, tea, etc. The location was exceptional. Our walk from the bus/train station was 7 minutes, though it did involve bringing our luggage up a steep flight of stairs from one street to an upper street! The house is only one block from the main street (Via Plinio) which has multiple restaurants for both lunch and dinner. Additionally, the entrance to Pompeii was only a few minutes' walk down the same street from those restaurants. (The entrance near the amphitheater and Palestra Grande, not the entrance by the train station (Pompei Scavi stop) which would have been a 20-minute walk. We did not reserve the rooftop spa for the additional cost as we were only there one night. We would highly recommend this location/host!

Maria at the reception was so helpful when we checked in. Found us taxis, restaurants and travel advice. The room was so spacious (exec suite) and super clean and lovely decor and comfy beds and beddings. The breakfast was again with full of variety and he made special omelette for us. Location is perfect just a few minutes walk to archaeological sites and the city with so many restaurants and groceries around the corner. The train station is 10 mins walk. Let us stay additional 1 hour on checkout at no extra charge. Wonderful experience. Thank you

The stay was great! The room was amazing, very clean and a lot of space. And the breakfast was so good- best cup of coffee in Italy!

The hotel was excellent! The only issue I had was the extra fee they charged if you wanted to use their roof top hot tub. It was a bit too pricy for me. I wish it was included with the booking.

Dream house was “the” perfect location for our Pompei trip. The vila it self is well taken care of, has great rooms, a comfortable bed, and a spectacular view from the balcony over Mount. Vesuvius. The check in with Maria and the team was excellent as well. She went out of her way to provide us with useful information. The room came with a delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend Dream House for your Pompei visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dream House. The location was very close to the bus station and also the train station so we were able to walk about 8 minutes and reach those when needed. We stayed in a room with a queen bed and a twin bed. The layout was great. We were three adults but the twin bed would be more comfortable for a child. The staff here were all very friendly and helpful.

Great location , immaculate cleanliness, the owner, and staff go above and beyond to help you with whatever it is that you need help with for me I had forgotten a very nice shirt and they went out of their way to make sure that they got in touch with me and shipped it to me here in the US they also have a tasty breakfast every morning. He can’t go wrong if you decide to go to Pompeii.
