My parents were left speechless by the beauty of this hotel on their 54th wedding anniversary. The landscape, the view, and their room were all breathtaking. The customer service was also exceptional. Their commute to and from the hotel to the city was convenient and affordable. I highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful getaway.

Love Hotel Victoria! Gardens, pool, decoration, location and the best service from Gabriel at front desk; Luis and Mario front door staff; Sofia in maintenance; all bar and restaurant staff - wonderful! When in Oaxaca City, Mexico, Hotel Victoria is your relaxing, happy place to enjoy this unique, vibrant, friendly City. 10/10❣️

Hotel Victoria - one of my favorite hotels in Mexico and specifically in Oaxaca. It sits on a hilltop overlooking the City and has a traditional, colorful, relaxing feel in its spacious gated resort like accommodations. The majority of staff are kind, patient, helpful and overall in good spirits every day. From the restaurant bar staff to informative and pleasant Gabriel at the front desk to Lily; Luis or Mario who welcome you at the main entrance to Sofia who maintains the facilities, the friendly staff definitely make every day here a relaxing stay. The pool, native flowering trees and lush gardens add to that heavenly experience. 10/10 outstanding - highly recommend!

I love this hotel because is away from the chaos of the city and at the same time is just 10 min away walking distance from the main plaza ! The staff are always there to help with a smile and the food is delicious at the restaurant! This is my second time here and I definitely will come back !

Staff were amazing! Very helpful and friendly. Location is good. Room was cleaned and made everyday. Having outdoor pool is great, but it can use some updating. Tiles are falling apart. Location is good.Close enough to walk to the centre or a quick taxi ride (only cost 80 pesos). Some areas definitely need refurbishment especially floor tiles in bathroom and mosquito screen in the room. We had to use bug spray bed time. Restaurant is good. Love the food we chose.the waiting staff just amazing
