We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, well maintained, and presented to a high standard. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.
The only minor drawback was the room size, which felt a little cramped with two pieces of luggage, although we were able to make it work.
We would definitely return and would happily recommend the hotel to others. We also took advantage of the complimentary Hammam experience offered to guests. While we enjoyed the treatment itself, we found the spa staff to be somewhat unhelpful, as very little information or guidance was provided about the process, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.
