八階に宿泊致しました
八階エレベーターフロアから部屋前迄のカーペットに大量の糸くずが散見されました
部屋内シンクがかなり汚れており 悪臭が酷かったです
便所床清掃が不十分の為不快且つ悪臭が酷かったです
一階ラウンジカレー前にカレーが多く飛び散っておりました
福神漬周辺に福神漬が散乱しておりました
全体的にかなり不衛生な状態でした
今回は至極残念な宿泊となりました

３名で一室予約
セミダブル2台とソファーがあるように写真はなってたが
入室したらソファーがない
聞いたら、そういう部屋もあるが
ない部屋もあると…
３名宿泊だったので、
１名は結局別のホテルへ
もう少しわかりやすく
紛らわしい写真はやめたほうがいいのではないかと思いました。
後、窓がないからか
匂いも気になりました。

Room was moist with poor ventilation. Also can’t go in the lobby before check in or after check out without an additional charge. Lobby is nice.

Appreciated for the free udon mee, coffee and curry rice provided. Nice concept but 1st time in my travelling got asked to leave the HOTEL LOBBY after checked out time

Excellent. Room was great - modern, clean and a bit bigger than most rooms have found in Japan for the price. We reckoned it was the best place we stayed all trip and we stayed in some considerably pricier joints.
Staff were accommodating to requests - pleasant and professional.
The place has a cool vibe between hotel and hostel - it has both types of rooming - lots of great social spaces. Nice rooftop garden and cafe downstairs and computer/chill area on 2nd floor.
Over from Wales for the world cup another example of champion Japanese hospitality. Location v good too not far from station and very close to monorail and some supermarkets and great restaurants. would return if in Kyushu for sure - especially if Wales makes the final. C'mon Cymru!
