Well to do hotel with free breakfast, helpful staff, and I loved the indoor pool

I loved it! Only thing was the front desk lady put my room on wrong side of hotel after I told her where I wanted to be. I didn't want to bother for her to change it once I got to the room.

Overall was a clean great stay, breakfast was a little overwhelming, crowded but fair overall.

We stay here once a year when we are in the area and you will not find a better hotel for the price. We love the suite-style rooms, which are perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. Everyone is very friendly. The made-to-order omelette bar is great for breakfast. The rooms are also very clean. There is also a shopping center with dining options within walking distance.

Room was awesome. We had a suite with a Murphy bed in the living room and it was very comfortable. First day the buffet was a disaster. It was a Saturday but the omelette line was a mile long and all of the buffet food was out of stock. We ended up leaving and going to buy breakfast instead. They only supplied three washcloths in our room and three towels so we had to ask for more. The fees are what were really frustrating. $20 a day plus $50 for parking. So basically $70 a day on top of the room rate. The parking was frustrating as our key never worked to open up the garage lever. The $20 is mandatory and you can use it for snacks, rentals or restaurant but it still is annoying. Plus I think they charged us for two extra days. This extra charge makes the bill complicated if you use it for snacks and rentals. Just simplify and charge a higher nightly rate that includes parking. Overall I probably would stay there again for convenience and the room was great for a family and allowed for privacy. Also the vent to the air conditioner was really gross and dirty.

The hotel was almost 2 hours late for checking in. Were dismissive to customer concerns regarding the delayed check in and gave no information explaining it. Staff were not helpful and ignored calls to the front desk, the room was run down with a dirty bathtub, leather peeling off the couch, and a hole in the ceiling.

This property is in good location. Staff is great. It’s clean. The free breakfast is great . Even had complementary cocktails at the bar . Yes I would recommend

I am usually very hard on hotels and very picky on where I stay. Can I just start by saying how nice and helpful the staff was PJ and the young lady that was there for the morning I think amber but not sure shift were so awesome! I was able to check in early which was amazing since baby was so tired and ready to nap. They were very informative with all the perks and I do about hotel, I am usually very much I need to know all and thankfully with them I didn’t even had to ask 10/10 customer service! Room was clean spacious very well suited for 4 adults and 2 children, free breakfast with free make your own omelet bar, little snacks and drinks for dinner time, location is near a mall walking distance. Just perfect stay for a family vacation. All staff was just so friendly and helpful will definitely stay again!

The rooms are very old. Not worth the price.

The hotel is my go to every time I go to San Diego and I would say the one thing I really noticed was the breakfast was always cold and the French toast was pain toast. Everything else was good
