I have never experienced a more inefficient check in process. It took over 10-15 minutes per person. The whole process including waiting in line took almost 1 hour. The room was incredibly hot. The windows barely opened. Luckily I managed to get the last fan. Breakfast was good. For some reason Google Maps had a hard time finding the location. The location was by the way great. Just minutes from the station. Lots of stores close by. All the buses started there so it was easy to get to many places easily.

Good breakfast, very European, meats and veggies and less carbs than America. My kids learned to appreciate it. Staff were excellent and friendly.

The location was convenient , and the room was a decent size. The bathroom, however, was disappointing. There was mold in the shower, which made it feel unclean. I would definitely not recommend staying here during the summer. There is no air conditioning, no fans available, and the windows only open a small amount. The room became unbearably hot, and we could barely sleep because of the heat.

The staff help me to Settle down my 3th person in one room which was unplanned. The room was quiet , clean and comfortable . Thank you very much

Check in process was very slow.

Really big building with lots of space. Individual rooms were spacious, bed was comfy. Common areas were great, well kept, lively, but not noisy till too late. Definitely recommended and I would be keeping this chain in mind for other places

Rooms where ok but the whole school of kids staying at the building was just crazy loud and didn't see anything done about the noise. Another thing that was crazy is that they let local homeles people stay at the property so it didn't feel safe leaving my back pack in the room and i didn't see any lockers to lock it.

This was the worst place I have stayed in for many years and I have travelled nearly 100 countries! At the price of the room I was expecting a lot better!! The room was supposed to be a twin, which to me means two separate beds, instead there was so little space we had to crawl over each other to get out. The room was so hot too, no a/c no fan and with the afternoon sun made sleeping very difficult. That along with so much street noise and school groups running the corridors and banging doors half the night! On the first night a bus was running below for almost 40 minutes filling the room with diesel fumes! The staff too were not that helpful, we arrived early and told the check in time was 3pm, which was fair enough, but after going out for lunch and a walk, we got back to be told the room was not ready! We didn’t have breakfast, but with all the kids, maybe just as well. Often we would have to walk up the stairs because of the kids playing with the lift! I am a pensioner and the wife has a bad knee. As you can see this was far from an enjoyable experience and I would not recommend A&O to anyone!! I have tried hard to think of a positive, if any it’s the close proximity to the station, but it’s not worth it, even for that.
