The staff were the highlight of the stay (though the hotel was great too). Amy and, in particular, William from the front desk did everything to accommodate us, answering all our questions and really ensuring our stay was top notch. The location was great (highly recommend the cafés, next door, in the building with the Dublin Museum). The room was extra spacious and the treats from automatically being enrolled in the Hilton Rewards Program were extra nice too.

The hotel is modern but functional. Car park situation is poor. No water provided in rooms which is disappointing. Rooms are clean but on the small side. Breakfast is poorly managed. Lots of empty tables not cleared or cleaned. Not enough staff on the floor to deal with the build up. Lots of breakfast items out and not refilled. Overall breakfast and breakfast area was really poor for the price to stay at this hotel. Nice enough hotel, poorly managed

The room was spacious and clean, the only issue was pillows were way to soft and it was like lying just on the mattress. Breakfast was chaotic with no space or organisation. Tea should be served at the table as people getting coffee clog up the entire line for others. The bacon for the Irish breakfast was of very poor quality and fatty, not what you would expect in an Irish breakfast. The bar was nice but again closing at 11:45 and then moving people into the foyer is ridiculous. The positives , the staff are all very helpful and nice throughout and location of the hotel is ideal for walking to town.

The hotel was in a great location next to the Irish Emigration museum. Walking distance to O’Connell street (15mins). The hotel room was a decent size for a family of four and we had air conditioning which was a plus for the hot days. The room was modern looking and clean. They provided us with bottled water during our stay. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We have no complaints.
