I was quite disappointed with my stay, especially considering this is rated as a four-star hotel. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. The staff were not very helpful, which made the experience less pleasant.
The cleanliness of the room was also below standard. There were stains on the bedsheets and hair on the carpet, which was unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
The buffet breakfast was average. While the selection was decent, I did notice a fly around the pastry area, which was concerning and affected the overall dining experience.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is its excellent location, which is very convenient. However, overall, the stay did not reflect the quality expected from a four-star property.
