The office/main lobby was not open during the time it said it would be, We were a little disappointed in how small the room really was. Also, there was a lot of noise from people above us and close to our room.

Great set up

I do not write negative reviews, but will state how this room is in hotel. Nice staff, but the over priced alpine room we stayed in needs big repairs & maintenance. Bath window lock missing so window stayed open. Anyone could have come in room through the windows. I used a wood coat hanger to block off the sliding window. Shower door handle missing, the door stayed open when using shower. Holes and Patches on walls and ceiling not painted. Tub in room was extremely worn, chipped tub and Broken tiles around the tub deck. Painted peeling off. Water stop plug did not work. Not the nice room that was shown in photos. Rusted lights in ceiling. This room was old and very dingy all around. but we stayed anyway. No time to cancel and move to another hotel. How ever There was hot water and the toilet flushed. Very expensive for what it was. Felt ripped off. I Wish it was better.

We stay here regularly. Close to the action small but clean. This time the small ac unit wasn’t working but we didn’t really need it

The plugs could be in better areas and the window blinds in to be put back on and some of the handicap areas seem to be obstructed slightly but could be easily corrected. Ranjeet the owner if the future owner is the Man and his Staff are very happy and joyful, don’t really agree with a policy or two of there’s but overall we come Back for the STAFF there are many beautiful family owned Inns roamed away in This Beautiful Place On earth. One love definitely recommend staying there once!

Great location. Didn't realize it was adults only and frotn desk was kind enough to move us to Heavenly Inn. Found hair in the bed.

The room that was offered to us was not the room that Expedia showed us and then we asked for a mini portable microwave which they have given it to us in the past this time the guy that was managing did not give us one and did they charge me $150 for deposit when I got there to get the key they said that the deposit will be put back in my card after 3 to 5 business days I still haven't seen it be credited to my card I'm about to call them tomorrow which will be Monday find out what happened which was an okay stay but I'm not going back to that place

The hot tub in the room was a nice feature, cleaning staff was nice. Food venues just a short walking distance within 5 minutes

Mold in the shower and trash on top of the closet
