Didn’t clean my room for a week

Great room

Todo estubo bien solo lo q no me gusto es q el cuarto olia mucho a cigarro viejo

Clean, comfortable room, easy parking. Good value.

Filthy and disgusting. Really loud total dump

Bathroom exhaust fan was extremely noisy, bathtub. Had rust rings around the drain.

Was ok. We got assigned a room that the house keeping was not notified. When we got there, there was a staff member still there cleaning. It wasn't too much of a bother. However, we went to rest and another housekeeping staff member walked in (I guess we hadn't locked it correctly, but there also was no knock). She apologized. I think there was miscommunication with the front desk and staff to let them know the room was assigned to us. We also noticed there was a significant gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, we stuffed a towel under to prevent pests from coming inside, but it was still a bit uncomfortable. The staff was kind, but it is definitely a low budget hotel.

Nice clean room, helpful staff, plenty of parking.

El personal es atento

I will not recommend this room to anyone the worst place that I ever stood at I don’t even know how our they still open. The city should shut them down. There’s no customer service. There’s no housekeeping there and I asked for my refund and they wouldn’t even return my money and I didn’t even stay for the two nights absolutely disaster. I will not recommend it.
