Gran Hotel de Querétaro

Staff was very helpful and friendly but room was not in the best condition. I had to change rooms because of noisy pop in air conditioning and loud noise in the bathroom. The other room’s air conditioning was not working properly either. There was water dropping to the floor and had to turn it of instead.

My family enjoyed our stay here and the location was amazing, everything within walking distance. The staff goes above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The only concern we had was the shower water was too cold and not great pressure

Nice well located hotel. Great staff

The hotel itself is in a great location, close to food, entertainment and shopping. The rooms have a great view with a small balcony, very small. Viktor was amazing very helpful always asking how we are doing ans just checking up on us. When we did need something he was on it, great hard worker with a great attitude.

Cool property in historic district. Rooms are not fancy but they are large with large bathroom and very high ceilings. Hallways are very wide, tall, and impressive. Apparently the place used to be a convent.

Not too clean

The Grand Hotel de Queretaro is centrally located, making it a perfect base for exploring Querétaro. Our room was ready upon arrival, which made check-in smooth and convenient. Marina kindly arranged our early morning transportation to the airport, and the bell staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay if you want to be in the heart of central Querétaro.
