Soggiorno individuale

The welcome was what I expected, very pleasant desk staff, helpful and obliging. The room was very comfortable, adequate room to relax, very good ambiance and nice comfortable bed. The vanity room was spacious and very clean and we stocked with supplies. My only concern was the shower waste grill not secured in place and could easily case injury to ones foot if not aware. Tea/Coffee supplies and supporting goods very generous and good quality products. Very happy to return again when in Wellington.

The staff here are fabulous, very welcoming and accommodating. The exterior of the hotel is a little dated, but the rooms and bathrooms are modern and very clean. Location wise, all the best bits of the Wellington CBD are on your doorstep, all walkable.

Although a bit tired on the outside, the rooms and reception were obviously recently upgraded. There was parking avaliable, which was a bit complicated to use, but very handy. The staff without fail, were very friendly and helpful.
