A beautiful experience as always. The staff are outstanding and this is why this is the ONLY hotel we reside at when we visit Dubai. This experience was different due to the conflict so no theme park experience or shuttle to JBR which was to be expected, but nevertheless we felt at home during our stay due to our beautiful family (Lapita staff). Thank you for yet another amazing stay. Tara, Judy, Lucy, Zayn, Mujammil, Serena, Sahil, Rebecca and STANLEY, we miss you already!!! Till next time, take care!

The facilities are very good and the staff extremely helpful. Park access is also very good and just a short walk or golf buggy ride. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Only small issue is there could be an adult only area in the main dining areas.

What a nice hotel, great amenities and a great location with lots to do and see. The room was of an excellent standard, modern and very clean, the pool, gym and spa are equally as good and maintained to a high standard. Breakfast and evening meal provided a good selection food to satisfy most tastes.

Very nice hotel , beautiful gardens , great pools , very comfortable rooms, food at all the resturants was on point. All that said the staff are useless here, it took a round of email tennis to book the New Years eve Gala which annoyed the hell out of me, Then when we checked we asasked aat

Big and well arranged room, very helpful and friendly staff, perfect located to visit the parks but also nice place to spend a holiday. Amazing pool facility. Thank you, we will come back!

When checking in, it was already passed 3pm and staff kept telling me to wait more. And then after few minutes, like passed 15 to 20 mins I went to the desk and asked do I have to wait more. The staff was not uncleared for making me wait and he said I have to wait more 20 mins. I dont knowwhy he keptr make me eait so long.
