A pochi passi dal mercato mattutino, dalla stazione ferroviaria e dai trasporti pubblici. Vicino al Monte Hakodate e alla rete tranviaria. Facile accesso alla spiaggia. Vicino a ristoranti, minimarket e distributore di benzina.

Personale cordiale, disponibile e multilingue. Accesso gratuito all'onsen. Eccellente colazione a buffet con ampia varietà. Zuppa di mais e cioccolata calda gratuite. Fermata dell'autobus navetta per l'aeroporto nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile.

Camere e onsen costantemente puliti. Bagni ben tenuti. L'hotel è molto pulito in generale. Camere spaziose e ben mantenute. La pulizia è evidenziata. Design moderno.

Camere spaziose con servizi moderni, alcune includono angolo cottura, lavatrice e balcone. Onsen rilassante con varie piscine, sauna e temperature. Splendida vista sull'oceano. Sorgenti termali disponibili. Lavanderia a gettoni e sala giochi.

The hotel is a bit worn out and there weren’t much dinner options nearby. But the onsen and the breakfast was amazing!! If you are driving or traveling light I would highly recommend global view hotel :)

Spa was GREAT! Very convenient location. Place was quite clean. Room was fairly quiet. Lousy view from our room BUT the other side view is fantastic. Better than average hotel with one of the best spa experiences.

It’s a value for money stay. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel offers eco cleaning, with full cleaning every alternate day, so if you stay for 2 nights, there will only be eco cleaning where a clean bag of towels and amenities including water is provided. There are two restaurants offering Japanese and western breakfast which you will need to decide which one, and time you will go for breakfast at check in. The restaurants can be crowded and be prepared to wait in line even with you appointed time. The food is worth the wait, especially at the Japanese restaurant where the amount of fresh seafood and tempura awaits the diner. The only think I needs a lot of improvement is the wifi, it is not stable and sometimes not there. There is a good number of parking spaces for the guests, so even when you don’t get to park directly in the hotel, it is a few mins walk back to hotel which is fine.

The hotel's check-in system needed an upgrade, and the afternoon check-in wait was excessively long. We booked a room for four people and were told that we needed to lay out the tatami mats ourselves, which was a bit inconvenient for foreigners, as all the other hotels on this trip had laid out extra tatami mats for us before check-in. Another major problem was the strong odor in the toilet; I had to borrow air freshener from the front desk. However, the hotel breakfast deserves praise; it had a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious.

The staff was great and initially the room felt great but as I stayed I saw the cracks. The WiFi is atrocious, the sink out side the bathroom is very close to the door and feels very tight. There’s barely any room to place your luggage in the room. If you need to do laundry, go somewhere else to do it as the dryers will need about two hours to dry your clothes. There’s only 3 washers and dryers so it was struggle to share with other guests. The breakfast buffet was just ok. Also the hotel does not offer luggage shipping. This ended up being my least favorite hotel so far.
