Fantastico What a great place to stay in Florence. Just across from the station (so risk of noise but we found it fine), very helpful and friendly staff, great restaurant recommendations, we had a free upgrade, comfortable bed and food bathroom. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at this location. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. They were helpful with any questions and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit.
The location is also very convenient and easy to access, which made the overall experience even better. It’s situated right next to the train station, making it an excellent choice for travelers arriving by train just a quick 5-minute walk from the station. Everything was organized, tidy, and clearly cared for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service in a clean and pleasant environment.

Everyday we get clean towels. Although it's close to the train station, it's not noisy unless someone is yelling on the street. The cleaners missed to clean under the bed, other than that it's very nice place to stay.

Could not be happier with our stay. It was the perfect setup for us with our toddler. Would stay here again on our next trip. The room was spacious and having the kitchenette was a real win for washing toddler cups and bottles. Plus the black out shades were the best we have ever seen.
