The hotel is in a good location everyone was friendly the room was clean and good size

Surprisingly great stay! We were working at Old Trafford for three days so had three nights at Hotel Football. We wouldn't usually book a theme hotel like this, but actually it's tastefully done and from the moment we arrived the service was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. A particular highlight was the food in Cafe Football, it's such high quality, as is the breakfast. Parking was easy to sort too. All in all a great stay and we would return.

Always clean tidy and staff always helpful

Tremendous one night stay for business. Front of house staff were informative and extremely pleasant. My colleague and I enjoyed the football in the bar and the atmosphere was amazing. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend!!!

Good for football matches rooms always clean

Excellent hotel brilliant location. Rooms clean and spacious. Helpful friendly staff.

My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The room was quiet, clean, and exactly what I was hoping for. The reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were all very kind and helpful. I would especially like to thank Jess from the restaurant team, who was always smiling, positive, and working tirelessly. Her warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.

Tired, dirty, run down, rude staff. Just awful, breakfast was horrendous, staff in the restaurant miserable. Honestly, stay in the fields nearby instead

I need a review for Hotel Football. It's easy to find, minutes from the tram stop. Check in was quick and easy. The room was super clean with a modern feel. Vimto in the fridge was the best surprise ever. Really enjoyed our stay. I did leave some items in the wardrobe which I realised on the train home. Within 15 mins the hotel confirmed they had them and postage was arranged on Monday. My items arrived today and I couldn't be more thankful Here’s a polished review based on what you shared: We had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel Football, and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. The location is excellent and very easy to find, just a few minutes’ walk from the tram stop, which made arriving and getting into the city really straightforward. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, which set a good tone for the stay. The room itself was spotlessly clean and had a modern, well-designed feel. Everything felt fresh and well maintained, and little touches like the Vimto in the fridge were a genuinely lovely surprise. What really stood out, though, was the service after we left. I realised I’d left some items in the wardrobe on the train home, and the hotel responded incredibly quickly. Within about 15 minutes of contacting them, they confirmed they had found my belongings, and they arranged postage on the Monday. The items arrived safely today, which I’m extremely grateful for. Overall, a comfortable, convenient stay with excellent service! Thank you!
