We were very disappointed with our stay. The hotel is priced as a luxury property, but the experience did not justify the extremely high rates.
One of the biggest surprises was that breakfast was not included, despite the already expensive room price. The breakfast was very good but super expensive. On top of that, guests are charged an additional fee to access the therapy pool, which feels unreasonable for a hotel in this price category.
The restaurant was another letdown. The food was below average in both quality and taste, yet the prices were extremely high. We expected a much better dining experience given the premium rates charged throughout the property.
Overall, the hotel feels focused on adding extra charges wherever possible rather than delivering value to its guests. While the facilities may look appealing, the overall experience did not come close to matching the cost. There are far better options available for the price.
