The portion sizes at the hotel restaurant were too small. We finished our meal in just 30 minutes, but we paid HKD 5000 for it. This clearly conveys your experience and the cost involved.

We enjoyed this hotel on a stopover to Shiretoko. Our tatami room was comfortable. The outside bar is worth a visit. The breakfast buffet is extensive. We went to the sushi restaurant nearby so can’t comment on the dinner at the hotel.

This is my second visit to this hotel. The hotel is well maintained, and the rooms are clean and well-organized. The open-air hot spring is especially wonderful, and the buffet dinner is also very delicious, especially Sukiyaki and self cooking steamed-rice are highly recommended. Kind and friendly staffs, delicious meal, and excellent open-air hot spring, this hotel is a place I would like to stay again.

Only few Onsen pools available. Dinner amd Breakfast Buffet menu don’t change much daily. Hallway is lack of fresh air.

We stayed here again after our last visit in 2016. I love this property though it was quite aged and thus may not be the best option for some considering it is not cheap (half board though). I have no issue with the higher price as we enjoyed the food. As we stayed 2 nights this time, they provided us with a special dish during the second dinner. I really enjoyed myself.

Had a great stay. I chose one of the onsen suites because I love going to the onsen in winter. I also visited the larger onsen in the hotel to try all the different types of baths. This area is know for its marsh water. The hotel is a bit far from the main part of town.
