Fantastico We loved the JR West VIA Inn Shinsaibashi for so many reasons: the staff was very attentive and helpful, the rooms are spacious, has a mini-fridge, I loved the wet bathroom style that we didn’t know existed, room was very clean and well maintained, even though linens are changed every three days, each day we got clean towels and pajamas. It has 4 washer/dryer machines but we decided to go to a laundry that is 3 blocks away. It was faster and very easy to use. There’s a 24 hr supermarket next door and a train station 3 min walking. The Shinsaibashi shopping center is a 10.min walk with lots of stores and malls. Cafes and restaurant are very close and Dotonbori is a 15 min walk. I would definitely stary again at this hotel!

Staff was very helpful during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Very convenient location and train station a few feet away. Very handy to have a big supermarket below.

Centrally located & close to various metro stations, this hotel was very smart, nicely decorated and very clean. The room was a great size, with comfy complimentary PJs; the staff were incredibly helpful; and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve enjoyed here in Japan. The hotel also has lockers for you to store your luggage if you arrive early. Located above a nice supermarket too for eats!

Having come here several times in the last few months. This place is a staple to stay at, conveniently located, room is great, bed is comfortable, pillows rock hard (lol), and shower is clean and strong stream. Overall had a great time here, the breakfast as usual is good they change and rotate the food to either set A or set B but it’s always fresh and tasty.

Fantastico Shops were close 10 min walk. With the metro right below the hotel it was easy to get to namba station.

Fantastico 오사카에 다시 놀러간다면 또 묵고 싶은 호텔이에요. 일단 지하에 요토바시 라인 지하철이 바로 있고 건물 1층이 24시간 슈퍼에 주변 편의점도 2-3개 있아요. 미도스지라인 신시아바시역까진 7-8분 정도 걸어가면 됩니다.
1층 구비되어 있는 어메니티 중 필터커피가 맛있어 인상깊었고 제공되는 상하의 잠옷이 진짜 편해서 구매 고려할 정도였어요. 샴푸 린스 바디워시도 꽤 좋았어요.
특이한 구조의 욕실이 신기했는데 어린이 있는 가족이나 엄마 모시고 오면 좋아하실 거 같아요. 욕조도 큼직하고 수압도 좋았어요. 먹을수 있는 물이라고 하니 소독약 냄새 안났어요.
단점이라면 테이블이 단 하나이고 뭘 올려놓을 공간이 따로 없어요. 냉장고 온도도 많이 낮지는 않아요. 드라이어기가 조금 약합니다.
그래도 다른 장점이 많아서 나중에 또 이용할 생각입니다.

Fantastico We had a really pleasant stay and the staff were very welcoming. We had the breakfast and it offers a wide selection of traditional Japanese foods and western favourites. The hotel is right next to a metro line and an Aeon supermarket!
