The stay was one of the worst I’ve experienced. On the day we arrived, there was an earthquake, and no one contacted us to check in or ensure our safety. The next day, there was a power outage that lasted about four hours. Because of that, the TV stopped working, and we were without it for two days. I called to have it reset, but no one came for over two hours, by which time we were already asleep.
Our room wasn’t cleaned for two days, and we were told it was due to a lack of staff. It was also our wedding Monday, and despite sharing this information with the staff, we didn’t receive anything complimentary or any acknowledgment of the occasion.
