Overall, we had a good experience at the hotel. The quality of the food and restaurants was truly excellent, and we were very satisfied with that aspect.
However, the issue we faced was that the hotel has a newer 5-star building and an older 4-star section. We booked our stay under the impression that it was a 5-star hotel, but the room we were given was in the older section, and we were not informed about this difference.
We only realized this when our friends arrived one day later and were assigned rooms in the newer building with much better amenities, even though we had all paid the same price. This was quite disappointing for us.
