Homeless camped in the parking lot. Ground floor room where people could look in. Piss around the side entrance of building. Will be requesting refund.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Parking was a little tight

There were a few things that could have made the room/bathroom nicer. Chips on bathtub can be repaired and paint spots on bathroom floor/door (room 117). Main room was clean and efficient. Breakfast was simple and efficient (love the waffles)!

The Wi-Fi did not work. I was only there for a day. The room is clean. Nice sheets in bed. Property a little bit rundown people hanging around the motel were homeless or vagrant. Staff was very good and friendly helpful. I’d stay there again if I was low on money. Services were nearby. I think they’re doing the best they can with what they have.

The property itself was clean but the homeless in the late night and evening were intimidating. Wish I had stayed downtown I guess.

Okay for the most part!

Extremely disappointed with this hotel experience. We arrived around 10 PM and had to check in through a window because we were not allowed inside the lobby for late check-in. The attendant was rude, unfriendly, and didn’t even provide basic guidance on how to find our room. The following morning, while getting ready to leave for the day, I did what I commonly do at hotels and pulled back the sheets to ensure the bedding would be properly changed. What I found was absolutely disgusting — the mattress was covered in urine stains. We immediately packed our bags because there was no way we were staying another night in those conditions. The problems didn’t end there. This is not a quiet property. People were coming and going all night, doors were constantly slamming, the walls are paper thin, and there was someone loudly arguing in the hallway. We got a terrible night’s sleep. The mattresses were not only visibly stained but also extremely uncomfortable. When I went to check out and speak to someone about the condition of the room, the front desk attendant acted as though she didn’t believe me. There was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to address the issue. I was checked out with a cold, dismissive attitude. I contacted Orbitz to report the poor conditions and request a refund. Between the unsanitary room, rude customer service, noise, and overall lack of professionalism, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

3-Star rooms were all sold out in the area and we were 'lucky' to get a room at this 2-Star Quality Inn. The pictures were hopeful. Their breakfast bar is exactually what you see in the pictures. your choice of Orange, 2 types of flake cereal, or a waffle. Orange Juice and Coffee were also available. Our room was #203 which has a sliding glass door overlooking the pool. The bed was above average for a 2-star. The bathroom was clean and not bad if you don't mind the back of your leg touching the toilet while you wash your hands (or whatever else you do at the sink.) Unfortunately, the smell of bleach and cigarettes (although it's a non-smoking facility) were a little overwhelming when we stepped into the room. What we enjoyed most were the cushions on the fold-out bed being unzipped (hopefully that means that they were washed), the marks left on the 'office chair' seat from various visitors' behinds (think straight vertical lines on black material left behind from dirty booty-bums), and the damaged and scratched furniture. The BEST thing we found in the room were feminine pasties, YES PASTIES, stuck to the wall near the sliding glass door. There was one, and then a little collection of them close-by, all stuck to the wall. We only needed a room for a night after watching the Athletics baseball game and we honestly found it humorous. Again, it's a 2-Star and the staff were kind, courteous, and really try hard to do their best. Go for it if you're adventurous!
