It's a simple, straightforward hotel. We had no complaints. The room was comfortable and served us well. Although we left before breakfast was open, we still managed to grab a bite to go. We appreciated the shuttle service to the airport

The lady at the front desk was so so friendly and so so helpful both when we checked in at night and in the morning when we left. The shuttle driver was very kind and very friendly. The whole experience was fantastic.

Really enjoyed and appreciated this hotel. While the building is older, they have done an excellent job in cleanliness and maintenance. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Every staff member we interfaced was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was about what you would expect except the coffee which was very good. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return. The highway “white noise” might not be appreciated by some.

This property is gated which is good for the surrounding area. Great care was given to the front lobby. Breakfast was good and all housekeepers we encountered were amazing and friendly. They made us feel like we were home. Pool area fulfilled our expectations and was clean. We did encounter an issue with our room and front desk staff 😬 as we arrived in our room it was not clean. Shower was dirty, sticky stuff was on the floor next to the bed and we found dried blood on the bottom sheets. When I brought it to the front desk attention I was told via text “you can come to the front desk and I will give you new sheets” 😬 after voicing my concerns about who’s responsibility it was to ensure a clean and healthy environment. I was told to remove all my items from the room and we would be moved to another room. However she would not allow us to get another room key until all our items were removed which is understandable. However, I was not going to bring all of our items down to lobby to just move the back upstairs. She allowed us to move all items into hallway. Going back and forth with the front desk staff took time and lots of patience in order to get this issue fixed. This property is older and rooms need as much restoration as the front lobby received.

Had a great experience here! So close to everything I wanted to do on my trip!

Parking can be difficult, especially with young children and a full car to load. Can't beat the proximity though to both the airport & Medieval Times.

Great place to stay with family and friends in Dallas Tx.

Only issue was the noise of the freeway at night, but some of that can't be helped in a big city.

Property was clean and gated so our vehicle was safe staying there for a week while we was gone on vacation. Staff was friendly and helpful

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was good! Sausage, scrambled eggs, yogurt, bagels. Check in and out was easy. Great location for getting to the American Airlines Center.
