Posizione ideale in Piazza Venceslao, vicino ad attrazioni, trasporti, negozi e ristoranti. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi la Città Vecchia e i mercatini di Natale.

In the 2 wks we stayed there, the sheets were never changed & the floors were never swept. Reception staff seemed nice, housekeeping, staff barely looked at you. Mattresses are extremely hard, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, but kind of boring, offering same foods every day. Towels were hard with holes in them & they didn’t offer any wash clothes. There were towel robes but putting them on was like putting on cardboard. The swimming pool was in repair & we did we asked for a discount toward our bill but they refused. We booked 9 months in advance due to them having the pool & only found out a week before about the pool out of commission. Anyways I wouldn’t recommend staying at this specific hotel. There are several other hotels I wish we had booked instead of this one.

Nice hotel in a really good location . We had a superior room at rear of hotel in 7th floor which had a balcony . Air conditioning was poor and had to sleep with balcony door open as room was warm but room was large . We had 3 travelling so used the sofa bed as well as double bed . Bathroom again of good size . We stayed in room. 714 but shower was poor and underwhelming with lack of water power . Room was cleaned when we were out and towels changed . Overall a comfortable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The unit was lovely, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the city. One of the main Christmas markets was right outside the door. Close enough we could go up to the room to use the bathroom. There was a fair bit of noise from the hall way, particularly the doors but it didn't disturb us during the night.

Check in was easy, room was ready early. Perfect location for exploring the old town and Christmas markets. Everything in walking distance. Let down by in attentive staff at breakfast, more interested in looking at her phone and doing her nails.

Drunks outside of window every night till at least 3am. Room was not prepared or cleaned when we checked in. Shower head needs to be held in one hand to prevent it from spaying whole bathroom. Water must be turned off to apply soap/shampoo. Bed has very little padding. We were glad to leave.

Property was ideally located and quiet. Breakfast had excellent range of food and excellent staff. Room very tired and needs a good deep clean, pool closed for refurbishment which we were not informed about. I would only rate at 3 star maximum
