FantasticoSoggiorno individuale · Per il tempo libero
I loved the staff at the front desk, the vibe of the lobby and the convenience of transportion and shopping nearby

So I’ve stayed at both of Citizen’s properties, and I have to say that you can’t beat the location. Also, the staff were very nice. However, my one complaint was that both lobbies had very little seating. This is a problem when you get in at 11:00 am, and you. Have a 3:00 pm check in time.

OttimoSoggiorno individuale · Per il tempo libero
Settled into a very comfortable room with a HD quality big screen TV. However, the internet speed is less desirable, and the promised shower/tub combination bath did not happen.

BeneSoggiorno in famiglia · Per affari e per piacere
It's perfect if you're on a budget. The lounge area is fantastic if you have friends coming over to chat and chill. Their breakfast is ok. The rooms look like old timers. The staff members were helpful. Some of them were more comfortable speaking English than others. The location is great.

OttimoSoggiorno individuale · Per il tempo libero
Numerous times a guest. Good value for money. Convenience shops and eating options a short walk away. MRT nearby. Good functional retro hotel. Don't expect Marriott and you will be fine.
