Nice property! Well maintained. Second time I stayed here.

Barely any amenities. I wouldn't stay here for a real vacation. So much staff training going on during check-in time. It should not take over 20 minutes to check-in to a pre-paid room. Very limited options. Clearly made for a quick 24 hour business trip. Clean rooms though.

Nice hotel in the lobby area However rooms are showing age. Paint peeling furniture showing use and ice makers on your floor don’t work. Definitely needs updating and carpets need replacing. I was expecting a much nicer,cleaner plusher room for the rate paid. As a Bonvey member I couldn’t recommend the Westin in Charlotte NC

This is my go to hotel for my business trips to Charlotte for years. But after finding out on this trip that there is a "Destination" fee per night, I will need to rethink my future stays . I am saddened by this surprise fee that was never there before in all the years I have stayed at the Westin. I was informed that this fee provides the guest with free attraction passes, a small credit for food at the hotel restaurant, enhanced WI-FI, elite green juice. I don't understand why/how this fee has been implemented as far as the hotel goes there has not been any upgrades to the property. It was a good stay overall, but unfortunately may be my last stay at this hotel. :(

Awful awful awful don’t go I’m warning you it is extremely just bad all around everyone.
