The hotel overall wasn't bad, and the location is excellent—you can easily walk to almost everything from the hotel. However, I don't believe it meets the standards of a 4-star hotel.
The lobby is absolutely stunning and makes a great first impression, but unfortunately, the rooms were a huge disappointment. We had to change rooms twice, and each one seemed worse than the last.
In the first room:
It was very dirty.
The bathtub was clogged.
There was a lot of hair on the bathroom floor.
The bed sheets were stained, which was disgusting.
We called for assistance, but after waiting two hours and no one came, we had to call the front desk again. They moved us to another room, but it was even worse.
The beautiful lobby gives you high expectations when you arrive, but the guest rooms desperately need to be renovated and maintained better. The location is the hotel's biggest advantage, but the cleanliness and condition of the rooms do not reflect a 4-star experience
