We had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a family of three (2 adults and 1 teenager). The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the service from the staff was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It's only a 3–4 minute walk to the MRT station, making it very convenient to get around Singapore. There are also numerous food courts, restaurants, and shopping malls within walking distance, so you'll never run out of dining or shopping options.
The only area for improvement would be the sofa bed. It was essentially the living room sofa with bed sheets placed over it, which wasn't the most comfortable for our teenager. Providing a proper rollaway bed or folding bed would make the stay much more comfortable for families of three.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again because of the excellent service, cleanliness, and unbeatable location. Highly recommended!
