Check in was smooth although the tax stated on receipt was less than what we actually had to pay so that needs updating. I had emailed ahead asking for a kettle which was provided.
Room clean and had everything we needed, the rooms are not very good at keeping outside noise out. We could hear our neighbour just walking around, using the toilet etc. there seemed to work going on during our stay so when we wanted an afternoon nap, this was disturbed.
The beds were comfy, great shower, and housekeeping were friendly!
Hotel is a great location. They even kept our luggage on the last day so we could explore.
Hot tub is far too hot, my partner actually burnt his feet. Pool opposite end.. freezing!
Probably wouldn’t stay again due to the noise and paper thin walls, when you’re exploring you want to be able to rest!
