What a beautiful hotel, but unfortunately a disappointing experience. We loved the property itself and its atmosphere, but the service fell far below our expectations. We stayed here during our wedding weekend and, instead of making things easier during such an important occasion.As a bride and groom, we expected at least a little empathy, flexibility, and kindnes not only toward us, but also toward our friends and family. Sadly, that was not our experience. The hotel is beautiful, but the lack of hospitality left a lasting negative impression.
