There was a ton of construction going on outside so the roads were closed directly outside of the hotel, which I understand were not the fault of the hotel, but would have been nice to know before we arrived.
Also, there were a bunch of private events while we were there, so the rooftop bar was closed and the lobby was full of people waiting in line and several elevators were roped off for guests headed up to the top levels for events. Therefore it made getting up to our room a bit challenging and we were asked to show our key card just to get into the hotel each day.
