Positives: Great location and check in was smooth, and equipped with a washer / dryer. Negatives: No paper towels, limited rolls of toilet paper, blow dryer was old and power was very low, bathroom faucet was “tight” which meant you either had to keep the water to a trickle or you got sprayed, there was a leak in the bathroom faucet which had warped the plywood below, refrigerator was set so low our fruit froze, our unit was on the bottom floor facing the street. The curtains were thin and streetlight was on all night. While this list may be long, all of these things can easily be fixed and would improve guests experience

The room did not match the photographs we saw beforehand and the flat was in between being on the ground floor and underground. We could hear many noises from people and cars passing and the since the building is located in a busy area, the noises would keep us up at night. Additionally, our code to enter the building didn’t work for a whole day after checking in. WhatsApp communication with the host company was very poor as they wouldn’t answer us quickly. I messaged them back to back regarding the access issue but they wouldn’t get back. It wasn’t even at night or anything. We had to wait for other guests to leave the building for us to enter! Finally, the shower floor was uneven due to a prior damage, which I immediately raised. However, the company didn’t do anything about it. This forced us to use only a portion of the shower to avoid further damage. Oh and with regards to cleaning, the NUMA app clearly states that we would be notified via WhatsApp before the cleaning crew accessed our apartment. However, we were not. I do not recommend this property at all. Misleading pictures and poor customer service and management.

Great location!

The room was very clean, good size, nice shower and we loved the area! One of the nights got a bit loud with people out at all hours, but we had kind of expected that with the area. Would definitely return and stay here again!

A few blocks from the metro station and the central square of Chaido. Very secure access to the building and y9u could not hear street noise when the windows were closed. Noise could be heard from the hallway.

Convenient location and clean rooms！:)

No staff on-site, all comms are through WhatsApp and through their app. Nothing bad, except nobody to talk to if you have issues. If you are international, calling can be a problem. The rooms are cleaned daily, all good. Quiet and well equipped. The kitchen is fully functional and there was a laundry machine in our room. Might not match pictures shown by Expedia. There is a storage company outside though I didn’t use it. There is storage by the stairs inside but didn’t find the sign when I got there. I was given a code to open the main door and my room, it says I can go at 12 even though the check in is at 3 pm, however my code didn’t work. This hotel is close to the Louis Camoes park, less than 3 mins uphill. Well all are uphill in Lisbon! You can take tram 28 there. Biaxa-Chiado station is 5 mins near Luis Camoes.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Great location. Good heating unit and bright with windows.

I liked everything but the check in. It was by flat screen and complicated. I much prefer a front desk and a person.

The location is great and rooms clean.
