Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel
I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel and would strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere. The property is poorly maintained, and the service falls far below any reasonable standard.
Key issues included:
Lack of Amenities & Services: Despite what is stated at the time of booking, the hotel does not offer airport or city transportation. Furthermore, basic room amenities like soap were missing. There is no business center available, making it impossible to even print travel documents.
Accessibility & Layout: The room was difficult to access, with no convenient elevator or clear exit path. Avoid the 6th floor at all costs; the ceiling is incredibly low, and the lack of soundproofing means you hear constant noise from the street.
Communication Barrier: None of the staff spoke English, French, or any language other than Turkish. They were unable to provide basic directions or local recommendations, making it very difficult to navigate the city.
Room Quality & Noise: The room was not properly sealed, leading to constant noise from outside and neighboring rooms. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything happening in adjacent suites.
The experience was so poor that I checked out early. This hotel is simply not worth the price or the stress.
