A good sized room with larger beds than most hotels in Japan. Very close to tsukiji fish market, Ginza six and train station

Staff at the front counter are all not helpful, terrible service. On a rainy day, told me they do not have umbrellas for rent and I had to purchase one from them instead.
On ALL the days of my stay, the bed was never made. Requested for it and was told it would happen the next day but it never happened.
On the day of check out, I checked out 30 mins past 11am and was told I had to pay a late checkout fee. As I am travelling with an infant, I decided to just pay it off but was told I would not be getting a receipt for it.

Ottimo Our stay was great. I specifically really liked the bathroom layout as it felt like an efficient use of a small space. I wish the nightstand/counter space by the bed was a little bigger as we could not fit much on there. The staff were kind and helpful and the location was amazing. I would stay here again.

Staff unresponsive. Had to ask for everything. Toilet paper ran out and was not automatically filled. Tried to charge for early check in, even though only half hour before.
Other than towel change no room maintenance, not mentioned in booking information.
Never again.
