staff was very hepful great people good location

This is a traditional hotel, very clean, but hot water was not smoothly regulated. The water was shut down the very next day at 9 AM to fix the hot water issues. Then why I gave it a 5 stars rating? It is because of the staffs. From checking in, they were friendly and smiling, went out of their ways to help us finding our room. I was sick later that day and they asked how I was doing whenever they met me. When the water was shut, they carried two 5 gallons pails with water to our room. The staff made it like home. If we ever come back to Puno, this is where we will stay.

The hotel was a little dated but clean and spacious room and very good location for the main pedestrian area.

This hotel is really nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and modern. I would recommend this place and even come back.
