My husband and I just got back from our stay at the Fairmont .. we would like to thank the staff for the hospitality and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is travelling to Geneva Thank you

The overriding memory of this hotel is the friendly smiling staff. All of them, reception, bell boys, concierge, housekeeper and breakfast staff were exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and has been recently refurbished. I didn’t make it to the spa but friends say it was very nice. The location is also very good.

Staff was great, however — our bed broke the first night and we had to relocate rooms at 11pm. There wasn’t much of a concern.

The room was very clean, with a nice view and excellent housekeeping service. We were also lucky to have such good weather during our stay. I heard the building was just renovated last year—it now has a modern-classic design that I really love! The only drawback was the service, as I had to repeat the same request twice before it was taken care of
