Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa a breve distanza a piedi dai negozi e ristoranti di Oia. Splendida vista sul tramonto dalla struttura e facile accesso con parcheggio disponibile.

Personale cordiale, professionale e attento che offre consegna della colazione in camera, assistenza per i trasferimenti, pianificazione di escursioni, omaggi di benvenuto e deposito bagagli.
Pulizia
Camere e aree comuni immacolate, con piscine ben tenute e giardini curati meticolosamente. Camere spaziose e molto pulite, dotate di docce potenti.

I am giving this property two stars solely for its physical beauty, the location and facilities themselves are gorgeous. Unfortunately, a beautiful venue means very little when the operations and customer service are a total disaster. The most baffling part of our stay was the complete absence of on-site leadership. The manager, Aris, is nowhere to be found, and nobody seems to even know where he operates from. If you encounter an issue, your only recourse is to send an email and pray someone replies in a reasonable timeframe. What type of resort service relies entirely on a faceless inbox instead of actual, face-to-face management? The front-line staff is clearly suffering from a severe lack of direction. They are drastically in need of basic customer service training, but it’s hard to blame them when leadership like Aris is hiding behind a screen somewhere off-site. If you're paying resort prices, you expect resort-level service, not a "ghost management" model where you're left to fend for yourself if anything goes wrong. We will not be returning, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere until management actually shows up on the property. Last but not least, AUNTS ALL OVER THE PLACE- EVEN INSIRE THE ROOM BATHROOM,,,

The staff were so helpful and kind. They made our stay so enjoyable. The space is calm, clean and a true getaway. Would absolutely escape to Elea again. We had a room with the private jacuzzi and would absolutely recommend opting for that, it was such a treat every night after long days on the island. The breakfast is outstanding, and on the day we had a very early excursion the staff were able to bring us a light version and fresh coffee so we could start our day fed. The views and pool are breathtaking, the only thing to be mindful of is the big hill to climb if walking to town. But overall 10/10 experience for sure

Great location to enjoy sunset, property is well maintained. Staff very helpful. The restaurant service needs some improvement, the kitchen doesn’t open until 2pm , it could be nice if they have a cozier set up for dinner time

Great stay and stunning views, team very helpful. Recommend. Great location away from bustle of Oia. Short Walk to centre up hill was not a problem, but you do need to be fit and healthy

Staff are very professional and accommodating they are polite and kind. The room are very clean and the surrounding area are well kept, garden are well manicured . Breakfast was amazing but it’s always the same for the last 5 days when we stayed and they only offered cold cuts. It will be nice if there is a toast bread or hot meal. The resort is a bit of a walk downhill/uphill if you don’t have a car. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday in Elea resort.

This is a beautiful resort! The staff are amazing and the property is well taken care of. The rooms are very comfortable and clean! The pool is refreshing. Resort is within walking distance to town. The included breakfast was plentiful and delicious!! I would recommend and stay here again!
