Posizione centrale vicino al Quartiere Francese, a Bourbon Street e ai tram. A pochi passi da musei, ristoranti, casinò, centro congressi e fiume Mississippi.

Personale cordiale e disponibile con servizio eccezionale. Parcheggio con valet, ottimo bar, colazione deliziosa, vantaggi M Club, crediti giornalieri per il cibo e musica dal vivo nella lounge.

Camere e aree comuni perfettamente pulite. Il servizio di pulizia efficiente garantisce una struttura ben tenuta e biancheria sempre fresca durante tutto il soggiorno.

Water pressure in showers would come down to a drops of water then back up to ok pressure and just to continue to cycle through this processes. Toilet seat was broken, the replaced with a seat that wouldn’t go all the way down properly. Went to the pool for the first time and we just walked into a scene filled with security due to a fight that had taken place. They shut the pool side bar down due to it, we stayed 20 minutes and left. Felt very uncomfortable with our two daughters with us.

This is really the nicest place to stay on Canal Street. The elevators are very high tech and fast. Never waiting for an elevator even when hotel was packed. The bar area has great service. It may not be the cheapest place to stay but it is the best. Location is great also. A few blocks from Bourbon and Royal Street When in New Orleans stay here

The hotel was 90% booked and was understaffed! It was only 2 front desks attendant the 4 days I was there. The Grand bare had 3 servers, and 2 bartenders for 200 or more people. I felt so bad for the working staff. The understaffed issue is a management issue. I did not see any leadership out assisting and helping travelers. Marriott is a quality brand and this visit fell short of customer service and quality.

The location is perfect, centrally located for walking to Bourbon St. or restaurants/bars close by. We were even able to walk to the convention center during Essence Fest. The lobby was a vibe the entire weekend!
