Check in was slow. There were only 2 staff. It took us almost 25 minutes to check in. It was nearly midnight so there was not a very long line, but....
Breakfast was ok but it could have been better had the staff been more friendly and accommodating. As a guest, I felt like I was bothering them when I asked for a scrambled egg whites. No smiles.
And the room was very warm and uncomfortable. We had to open the windows despite having a fan (yes, we had to ask for a fan..Felt like we were in developing country). While we were on the 13th floor, the loud noise of the traffic below (honking of horns, ambulance, etc) made it difficult to get a good night sleep. The beds were LUMPY.
OVERALL, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
