The staff were truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and always eager to help, making my time there feel both comfortable and special. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, with every detail handled professionally and thoughtfully. One of the greatest highlights is the unbeatable location, just steps away from the Prophet’s Mosque, which made visits incredibly convenient and spiritually uplifting. Overall, the combination of excellent staff, outstanding service, and a perfect location made my stay a truly memorable experience.
