Bene The staff was very nice. The hotel seems run down. The carpet on the 11th floor is bunched up in a lot of areas and can be a tripping hazard. The bathroom door in the room is a barn door style and did not close all the way so I felt awkward using the bathroom. We did not have washcloths - no big deal, I just had to find the housekeeper and ask for them. We never got maid service - we stayed two nights. The cost was $646 for two nights and honestly, I would never stay again. It needs a refresh very badly.

Fantastico The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Having access to make hot tea all the time was very much appreciated!
The only downside was that our room door would stick and the keys did not work well. We had the try the key multiple times to get the door to unlock.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful. The only issue encountered was with the elevator. One elevator was out of order during my stay, which resulted in a ten-minute wait during peak hours.

fresh paint on the walls in my hallway, I bumped into the corner while someone was painting and they could seem to care less. Location was good cause hey it’s NYC so you take what you can get
