Convenient to airport. Clean rooms and comfortable. Shuttle to airport was very handy

Room was not cleaned during the day after they asked us if we wanted it to be cleaned. They made us go downstairs twice to get extra towels - none were sent to our room. Poor service for an expensive price for the hotel.

Airport shuttle was easy just late in picking up from airport and the hotel. One of two elevators broken. Rooms not vacuumed as black long hair was found all over the carpets in room. Feather pillows in room when specified feather free room due to allergy. Had to ask for more towels and conditioner right when checked in as the room didnt have any.

Rooms were clean and well stocked. Staff were polite and friendly. Airport shuttle was a convenient - especially when I had to be at the airport by 4:30AM (just note you have to let the front desk know that you need a shuttle ride to the airport and they will give you the times of when they come).

Airport shuttle from the airport took almost an hour so we got a taxi instead. Going back to airport was fine. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice.
