Room was nice and clean, unfortunately the room was very small for a twin not sure how you would manage if you had two large suitcases. There are two buildings and the second which we stayed in needed updating, old worn carpets and corridors needing a coat of paint, not at all like the images. The same goes for the room and bathroom. If you struggle with step stairs not a good hotel for you. Great location to see Amsterdam with good access to the trams and easy to get to from the airport.
The other building seemed to be much more modern and more like the images.
Only way to describe is a upmarket hostel

Bene Great location. Don’t expect luxury items. Beds were essentially single cots together. Comfortable enough but no abundance of pillows you may find at higher priced hotels. Bathroom had basic amenities like soap and shampoo. No hand towels or face cloths.
This hotel did not have air conditioning, so summer stays may be hot. They do provide fans.
Steep stairs so anyone with mobility issues will not be comfortable here. We didn’t find it a problem.

Ottimo The staff was super helpful and the location cannot be beat. Rooms and bathrooms are cozy and quite small, but all you need for a stay as you're so well-located to explore the city.
Only issue is the rooms do not block much noise so it's quite easy to hear neighbors and hallway activity

Great location. Staff very polite . Room was very big . Bathroom and beds very clean but the rest of the room was quite dusty . Bathroom very small , if like me a bit on the larger size it would be a struggle . View was awful . Never the less it was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was Ok, room very small could not open the bathroom door without hitting the bed half way. Toilet half under sink and holder for shower head broken.
Bed ok, heating is working good. Had a uneventful night snd that matters.

Ottimo The staff here is amazing. The kindest and most helpful people. The place itself is alright, comfortable beds, mid pillows, cleaning came most days (they make beds and replace towels) but randomly skipped one.
