The first thing when I walked into the room was the smell, the moldy smell with the very dirty carpet made me feel anxious and I was scared that the bed was going to be just as bad. The wall had a loose flap hanging and the shower was definitely not clean. I couldn't sleep because of the constant noise and people talking. I will think twice before I book a room again.

The accommodation was conveniently close to the airport and food establishments. However, the pods was really warm and the drinking faucet was faulty.

We checked in late due to traveling and decided to stay here since we have an early flight the next day. Reception Staff was dismissive and can only say the wifi details and handed over our keys (not even checking an identification for a prepaid booking) Our room was next to the lift, which we do not entirely mind since we just want to take shower and have a nap for a very early flight. The door opens, and we smell sweat and sewage! We tried to ignore and thought maybe it was from outside. And due to the weather that day in Christchurch (17 degrees) in that small room it can be very hot so we made sure the air condition is working— we set it at 10 degrees and headed out for a quick dinner. After we came back we found the room a lot hotter and a lot smellier than when we arrived. We are from the same industry so we didnt want to be a bother since we are only staying for couple of hours. I turned off the air condition since it is not working whatever button I pressed except the High/Low Buttons and Power Button and opened the window (Thank goodness otherwise we will be suffocated to death!) The bathroom smells like sewage, and exhaust is not working, the bathroom door was ajar and when I tried to slide it in, it cannot be closed, I had to asked my husband to lift the whole door fram to close and open for me to find that there’s a huge gap and you can see the whole thing from outside. Molds everywhere! And bonus part was, there was a booger on the wall. Disgusting! Shower doo

for a one night stay waiting to depart or upon arrival its good pod were fairly clean bathroom clean kitchen clean

Room was tiny and my partner had to crawl over me to get out of bed. Worst of all, bathroom shower didn't drain and ceiling was cracked and mouldy. Room 30

Lots of free food left by people before flights. Any extras available at close large Woolworths supermarket. Walk easy to airport even with luggage. Read the available email instructions because it's very self check in self help. Will stay when need some hours before early flight or late arrival.

Only stayed one night to catch an early flight but had everything we needed
