Ottimo Nice enough place in a decent location for trams, rail and lake taxis. The lack of air con was noticeable given the high temperatures during our visit. Fairly dated hotel with small bathrooms but fine as a base if you are planning on being out and about all day.

The room was nice and clean, breakfast was good, staff was always super nice and helpful. The main issue was how hot the room was! Without air conditioning and only a standing fan, every evening was extremely uncomfortable and difficult to get any rest and sleep. Yes there was a long heat wave the entire week I was there. But why was the room often hotter than outside, it did not make sense. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

In the middle of summer, no AC. I was provided a fan, which provided a little relief, but it was simply so hot that it was like staying in a hot box. I'm sure when it's not summer, it's a good place. Centrally located, easy parking, great staff.

The staff is very polite, professional, etc.
If you had questions about the area. They are more happy to answer any questions, be helpful, etc. Alex on staff was very helpful making my experience in Geneva a pleasant one.
Place is conveniently located near public transportation, the lake, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Great we just relaxed into the welcome after a long day of travelling. And breakfast, wow we don’t usually stay in such lovely hotels. We got lucky with our choice.

Very clean, comfortable stay. Spacious room, lots of closet space. The kitchenette had everything I needed including kettle, dishes, & dish soap.

Bed was very comfortable, small kitchen was great, and shower pressure was strong. Only downside is the coffee for the provided coffee machine are not refilled daily. Was a little out of the way so I’ve you not up for walking 12-15 mins to the old town but it is a very nice walk alongside the lakeside and stop for a coffee at a local stop. Number 15 tram drop off one street away from the hotel.
