We arrived late at night after a concert in Hyde Park and faced a long check‑in queue. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but the man on the desk was in no rush at all. When another couple asked for his name to make a complaint, he refused and just moved them elsewhere.
When I finally got to my room on a very hot day, the air conditioning was broken and the heating was stuck on it felt like a cauldron. Staff came to look but said it was a known issue and could not be fixed. With no other rooms available, I asked to cancel and get a refund, which the desk agreed to.
I ended up sleeping in my car and woke with severe back and joint pain. The next morning, a more helpful member of staff said Expedia must process the refund since I booked through them but after two days, Expedia still cannot get anyone at the hotel to answer calls.
Stressful, uncomfortable, and no resolution. I will never stay at a Radisson again and cannot recommend this place.
